1. Badilisha mtazamo

ni hiari yako, hujalazimishwa na mtu, anza kuona faida za kutokunywa pombe na
pia jua madhara na hasara ya kunywa pombe. Chagua faida za kuwa sober mtu
wangu, hii itakuwa rahisi kwako kuachana na pombe kabisa.
2. Jipangie siku- Plan

sababu kama wewe ni mraibu/ addict itakuwa balaa kuacha mara moja/ at once.
Anza kwa kupunguza, kama unakunywaga kila siku, punguza kidogokidogo utakuwa
ushaacha kabisa.
3. Ushauri wa daktari-

Kuasi ama kuacha pombe pia kunaweza kusababisha madhara ya kiafya, withdrawal
Symtoms. Kwa mfano mshtuko, mapigo ya moyo zaidi, kutetemeka NK. Ukiona hivi,
tafadhali muone daktari atakusaidia.
4. Epuka
Walevi- Avoid drunk friends. Hawa watakuingiza kwa majaribu, watajitolea hata wakununulie
pombe. Waepuke uwezavyo mtu wangu, punguza time yao.
5. Kuwa
Busy- Keep yourself busy. Wakati
uko free, jaribu kujipa tushughuli hapa na pale, cheza, soma, swim, watch NK
ili usiwe tempeted kukunywa pombe. #ASANTE
