HOW TO REDUCE BODY TEMPERATURES...



Epuka Joto Jingi Hivi>>>>
1. Kunywa kinywaji baridi – Cool fluids. Kunywa kinywaji baridi wakati wa joto jingi, kitapunguza joto mwilini. Tumia maji, soda ama pia crushed ice.


2. Usile chakula moto- Avoid eating spicy and hot foods. Ukiwa na joto, kisha ule chakula moto, basi unaongeza joto, kula chakula warm tu kidogo. 

3. Epuka mazoezi- Avoid exercises. Kama umezoea kufanya mazoezi ama kazi ngumu, jaribu kupunguza ama kuacha sababu inachochea joto mwilini mwako.


4. Oga maji baridi- Take a cold shower. Hii itasaidia ku cool ngozi ambapo kulingana na daktari, inasaidia sana kupunguza joto jingi mwilini.

5. Tumia Kiyoyozi - Air Conditioner. Kiyoyozi au hata pepeo/fan kinapunguza hali ya joto jingi katika mazingira/environment uliyoko.  

6. Vaa nguo nyepesi- Wear light clothes. Vaa nguo nyepesi na ambazo ziko loose kidogo. Nguo za rangi nyeupe pia ziatasaidia ku reflect miale ya jua. Hii itapunguza joto mwilini. #ASANTE
