HOW TO CUT WEIGHT NATURALLY.....

Losing Weight Naturally

1. Epuka mafuta- Avoid fats. Epuka chakula ambacho kina mafuta mengi/ calories na pia sukali nyingi na utakuwa unapiga hatua katika kupunguza uzito.
2. Kula mboga- Eat vegetables. Mboga ziko na fibre, proteni na vitamini madini ambayo yanafanya uwe na uzani wa wastani na kuwa na afya bora sio bora afya.
3. Kunywa maji- Drink enough water. Maji huwa ni muhimu sana mwilini, kunywa maji ya kutosha kila siku na utakuwa unasawazisha/ balance uzito wa mwili wako.
4. Kunywa sharubati/juisi ya matunda- Avoid Carbonated Beverages. Vinywaji ambavyo viko carbonated huwa vina calories nyingi tu ambayo inaongeza uzito mwilini, badala yake tumia matunda kwa wingi.
5. Fanya tizi- Exercise. Kufanya tizi kwa dakika kadhaa kila siku kutachoma mafuta mengi mwilini mwako, cheza, kimbia, tembea, panda ngazi/ stairs enda gym NK. #ASANTE
