HOW TO EAT......

6 Ways of Eating Healthy...
 


1. Usikose kiamsha kinywa- Never skip breakfast. Kiamsha kinywa huwa muhimu sana katika kusawazisha uzito wa mwili wako. Kula kiamsha kinywa ‘kizito’ na siku yako itakuwa sawa. Heri ukose chamcha/lunch.

2. Kula chakula Starchy-  Starchy meals. Hakikisha kila chakula kiko na starch, yaani vitu kama mkate, viazi, mchele, cereals, ugali NK. Starch huwa na fibre ambayo ina umuhimu sana mwilini na pia inakushibisha vizuri.

3. Kula matunda- Take fruits. Matunda huongeza uwezo wa kinga mwilini. Pia huongeza hamu ya kula kinoma, yaani appetite. Kula angalau tunda moja kila siku kwa afya bora.

4. Punguza mafuta, sukari na chumvi- Cut down more fat, sugar&salt  in your die. Mafuta na sukari ndio ni utamu mtupu na wengi wetu tunapenda vitamu tamu lakini tamu ikizidi sana ni sumu aisee. Punguza ama uache kabisa.

5. Kunya maji- Take water. Usiumie kwa kiu. Kata kiu. Maji ni muhimu sana mwilini. Asilimia kubwa ya mwili wako ni maji. Wataalamu walisema unywe glasi nane kila siku.

6. Tafuta samaki- Eat more fish. Samaki huwa na madini nyingi sana na pia ni chanzo cha vitamin. Huenda ikawa balaa kwa wengine kupata samaki lakini jaribu ule samaki mtu wangu.
