
1. Usafi- Keep your skin clean. Usafi
ni kitu cha maana sana, hakikisha unaosha ngozi yako angalau mara mbili kwa
siku. Usilale kama ngozi yako ni chafu, hii inasaidia kupumua kwa ngozi yako.
2. Unyevu- Use Moisturizer. U sikubali ngozi yako
ikauke. Tumia mafuta ambayo yataiwezesha ngozi yako kuwa na unyevu.
Ukishamaliza kuoga, tumia mafuta yanayokufaa.
3. Kula vizuri- Healthy Diet. Chakula
kizuri na maanisha balanced diet huwa kinasawazisha mahitaji yote ya mwili
ikiwemo ngozi. Chakula kilicho na vitamini A, C, B6, B1 na D kinasaidia
kuinyoosha na kuiweka ngozi yako laini.
4. Epuka jua kali- Avoid direct and strong
Sunrays. Jua kali huiharibu ngozi
kabisa. Usianike ngozi yako kwa jua kali moja kwa moja. Jua kali husababisha
ngozi kukunjana, kuwa ngumu na wakati mwingine saratani/kansa.
5. Kunywa
Maji- Drink more water. Maji husaidia ngozi yako kuwa na unyevu, kunywa
angalau glasi 8 kila siku. Kumbuka maji ni uhai.#ASANTE
